He has been awarded over $100M in corporate bids, twice recognized as a Boston Globe Top Place to Work (2020 & 2021), and twice awarded workforce-development grants. As founder of Roads Consulting Group, he has helped hundreds of businesses beat the gap of inequality. Jose teaches at Bay State College and serves on the board of Dorchester Bay Economic Development.
Visual Artist, Industrial Designer, Art Director and UX/UI Designer with 13+ years of experience and a Master's in Art Direction, Web Development and UX/UI. Catalina has worked with Fortune 500 companies, London fintech firms and startups worldwide, and serves as Art Director for immersive shows including Immersive Van Gogh and Immersive Disney. As Managing Director, she oversees all programs, coordinating projects across departments and ensuring impactful results for small businesses across the US.

Certified in Credit Counseling, Loss Mitigation and Financial Capability, and fluent in Spanish, Andrea is a go-to resource for certification processes, state applications and loan applications — having advised hundreds of businesses.
